Weed Delivery in San Ramon: Legal Cannabis Brought to Your Door

If you live in San Ramon and have searched for a dispensary nearby, you already know the answer: there isn't one. The city prohibits commercial cannabis businesses within its limits, so you won't find a storefront in Bishop Ranch, City Center, or anywhere along Crow Canyon Road.

That doesn't mean you have to drive to Oakland or Concord. Mountain Remedy delivers legal, lab-tested cannabis to San Ramon homes every day from 10am to 9pm, with free delivery on orders of $49 or more.

Is Weed Delivery Legal in San Ramon?

Yes. Adults 21 and over can legally buy and possess cannabis anywhere in California. A city can ban dispensaries from opening locally, but state regulations allow licensed retailers based elsewhere to deliver to adults in any California city, San Ramon included.

Mountain Remedy is a state-licensed retailer (license C9-0000695-LIC) based in Oakland. Every order is tracked through California's seed-to-sale system, and every product we carry has passed state-required lab testing for potency and contaminants.

A few rules apply to every California delivery:

• You must be 21+ and show a valid government-issued ID at the door.
• The person who placed the order must be the one who receives it.
• Deliveries go to a physical address. We can't deliver to parks, schools, or public spaces.
• California's daily purchase limit for adult use is 28.5 grams of flower and 8 grams of concentrate.

Why San Ramon Customers Choose Mountain Remedy

Licensed and tested. Gray-market delivery services still operate around the Tri-Valley. They don't test their products and they don't follow state packaging rules. We do both, on every order.

Bay Area local. We're an Oakland company delivering to our own neighbors across the East Bay, not a national app routing your order through a call center.

Real people on the phone. Questions about an order or a product? Call us at 925-722-4925 during delivery hours.

Transparent pricing. Free delivery over $49, daily deals, and 3% back on every order, with no hidden delivery fees.

Enjoy Responsibly in San Ramon

California law doesn't allow cannabis use in public places, including Central Park, the Iron Horse Trail, and Bishop Ranch common areas. Consume at home, store products locked away from kids and pets, and never drive after using cannabis.
